If kindness had a human representation, it would be Antonio. Antonio comes from Egypt and has been living in the Netherlands for over 40 years. Years of persistent efforts and hard work made him a successful restaurant owner.

Such an inspiring lady with such an amazing journey, Rada is a true example of strength and resilience. Rada comes from Syria, and migrated to the Netherlands in 2016 as a refugee.

An experienced lawyer by profession, Ava hails from South Africa and has Indian roots. Back in South Africa, she would host parties for her friends and family and used to love cooking for them.

This sister duo is seen in the Albert Cuyp market in Amsterdam with their own food truck, specializing in Nepalese and Bhutanese momos, samosas, pakode and masala chai. They were one of the first ones to host Tasty Talks workshops in 2019 in their home. Their mission is to share Authentic Bhutanese food with the people of Amsterdam through events. 

Rocking Amsterdam, with her gyoza business, Meity is a start host with Tasty Talks. People love her for her hospitality, attention to detail and delicious food. Known for her Indonesian cooking workshops, gyoza classes and Chinese dumplings classes, her workshops always run-in full capacity and leave people wanting for more.

The most delicious empanadas in town are made by this lovely lady, who hosts empanadas and wine evenings and cooking workshops, fun summer picnics and what not with Tasty Talks. Her warmth and hospitality are a winner for our guests. 

Proud owner of Cook Curry, Deepti hosts delicious Indian dining and cooking evenings in her lovely nest in Utrecht, along with her husband Jatin. Together, they have made many people happy with their North Indian Dining events. At the moment, her product (ready to prepare curry powders) is making waves in Netherlands and she is enabling people to cook curries in their home with ease. 

Ever energetic and enthusiastic, Nil’s infectious energy and friendly vibes are a hit with the guests as much as her food and her creative events. She is the proud owner of Global seasons and the pioneer of Tasty Talks events in the lovely city of Rotterdam. Since 2020, she has done various online cooking classes, summer picnics and cooking workshops inspired by her home country, Turkey.

The best hummus and falafel in Amsterdam are made by this guy and he is the most hospitable and caring host there could be (to the extent that he bought indoor slippers for his guests). His ways are extremely neat, has a welcoming aura and a beautiful home where he welcomes guests for the dinners- all this makes him truly stand apart. His business is called ‘Food by michel’ and he does catering for private events and birthday parties along with weekly markets in Amsterdam Oost and West. We love him!
