If kindness had a human representation, it would be Antonio. Antonio comes from Egypt and has been living in the Netherlands for over 40 years. Years of persistent efforts and hard work made him a successful restaurant owner.
Our Philosophy
We Believe that food has a unique power to unite people, enable deep conversations and connect us to our roots. Our mission is to dig deeper into cultural cuisines and help people share the warmth of hospitality and eating together at home, make friends and discover culinary treasures like a community. We are a platform for foodies offering authentic Dining experiences in people’s homes and exclusive locations, cooking workshops, food experiences and food walks.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, our most active host network in Amsterdam has more than 100 culinary experiences. During COVID-19, our community expanded to various parts of the world with people hopping on to our Zoom Cooking Classes. We are now more than 250 events rich with a culinary diversity of over 25 countries and more than 30 hosts and teachers. Our events are as much about the conversations and experience as the food that is shared.
The dutch word ‘Gezellig’ is how our guests describe Tasty Talks. Most of the times, our guests have left feeling rich with the culinary experience and special by the hospitality and friendly atmosphere. Join our online cook along sessions to connect with cooks and foodies across Continents! If you are based in the Netherlands, do check out our In-person events and join us for a memorable experience!
