Join Parisa and Manasi as they cook their favourite Persian and Indian Fusion dishes for you.
The menu is designed to showcase an interaction between the culinary heritage of the two countries.
We start with Samosas which were brought to India by Persians and during that era found a place in the royal plates.
The main course will be Biryani cooked in Iranian Style and fused with Indian touches of making biryani, side dishes that are quintessentially Indian.
And we finish with Parisa’s perfect Orange pistachio cake and Manasi’s rose kulfi.

There will be plenty of side dishes of Iran to give you a taste of the delicious cuisine. 

The dinner will be accompanied by some traditional non-alcoholic dishes.
