Join us for a mindful tea ceremony and Zentangle Art workshop with our host, Leila.

It is going to be an afternoon of practicing the art of ‘Being in the moment’, cherishing what you have, finding the peace within.

We will start with a beautiful tea ceremony and then proceed to the Zentangle art workshop.

These will be coupled with live handpan music to create the peaceful vibe and disengage you from the outside world so that you can connect with yourself.

In the zentangle workshop, you will work on a small piece of art yourself. It will be a silent workshop with more doing and little talking. Through the process you will discover that you are having conversations with yourself or just immersing yourself in the process of creation. Every participants journey will be different. We will be using the zentangle process to untangle our minds.

Join us for this beautiful afternoon. Feel free to bring your own bites to have during the workshop.

The entry fee is 10 euros which will help us cover our costs of the studio.
