Celebrate Iftar with Aamir in Zaandam!

Join Host Aamir as he takes you to a culinary treasure of the State of Kashmir. Kashmiri food is a sub-cuisine of the Indian and Persian cuisine, it’s some thing you don’t find usually in Indian restaurants in Europe and has flavors that stay with you forever.

Through his Supper club, Aamir will introduce you to the food he has grown up eating and enjoys cooking the most. If you are someone who loves to explore food from different parts of the world and specially regional and hidden cuisines, this event is for you. Through this event we also gather to experience Iftar, a practice of breaking the fast during the month of Ramadan and enjoying a fun evening with food and conversations.

The host, Aamir who was born and raised in Saudi Arabia and has Kashmiri roots will be cooking his favortie kasmiri recipes to share with you.

You will be welcomed with kahwa with Kashmiri saffron and dry fruits- home style with maamoul cookies

Mutton Yakhni with rice home style

Mix veg quinoa with bell peppers zucchini and tofu tangy with pomegranate molasses

Rajma and rice with garlic pickle

Firni home style

And delectable melt in mouth Japanese nama chocolate, (which Aamir learnt to prepare from his Japanese Colleague)
