How can something be so different and so “yabancı” still feel so familiar? So family-oriented? That describes pretty much the feelings of togetherness, coziness and unity that are shared around the table where dumplings or mantı are served and eaten!
Global Seasons and Tasty talks bring signature veggie dumplings from Georgia, Khinkali dumplings in vegetarian version filled with chestnuts, sauerkraut and mushrooms!
We will be making the dough, and shaping the dumplings together accompanied with beet pecan salad and dine together. Turkish tea is our complimentary drink during the workshop. Turkish drink, ayran will be served with the meal.
