Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Indian winter harvest festivals, where every dish tells a story and every bite is a journey through cultural significance.

Lohri and Makar Sakranti are harvest festivals in the north on india, which mark the end of winter solstice and the onset of longer days. Celebrated in various states in India, with different names, each state has significant dishes of this festival which are made from the winter harvests of these regions.

In this experience, our host Shuchita will be taking you through the winter harvest dishes of North Indian states – mostly Punjab, UP and Bihar through her multi-course food experience.
