1. Chole Bhature – Chickpea Curry cooked in a traditional North Indian Style with puffed bread made of fermented dough
2. Dahi Bhalle – The quintessential dish in every Indian party, a side dish made of batter that’s made with lentils and then fried, softened in hot water and then laden with yoghurt, and chutneys.
