After two sold-out editions exploring the flavours of Eastern India, @plantfuture returns to Amsterdam with Tasty Talks for another unforgettable chapter of Uncurrying Indian Food.

This time, we travel north — into the quiet mountains of Uttarakhand, where food is simple, soulful, and deeply connected to the land.

Our menu celebrates the rustic rhythm of the hills — the smoky comfort of Aloo ki Thechwani, the earthy warmth of Madua ki Roti with Til ki Chutney, the delicate balance of Chaunsa Dal, the green goodness of Kafuli, and the sweet mountain ending — Jhangora ki Kheer.

Expect food served community-style, stories shared freely, and flavours that gently remind us — Indian cuisine isn’t just about curries; it’s about cultures, memories, and places.
