Mangalorean Supper — Un-currying Indian Food

24 September · 7:00 PM

We are back with yet another event of Un-currying Indian Food, we’re travelling to Mangalore, a coastal region in Karnataka known for its bold, tangy flavours, coconut-rich preparations and incredible seafood.

This intimate tasting experience offers a glimpse into the food served in a typical Mangalorean home. Expect the flavours of tamarind, chilli, coriander, pepper, curry leaves and coconut, brought together in a menu that moves from crispy bites and soft neer dosa to fragrant biryani and a cooling traditional dessert.
