After a long break from her supper clubs, Manasi is ready to  welcome you back into her home as we restart the Tasty Talks Supper Club series.

For this edition, we’re travelling to Rajasthan – a land of royal hospitality, vibrant colours and one of India’s most iconic regional cuisines.

At Tasty Talks, we believe food is one of the best ways to understand a culture. Every supper club is an invitation to slow down, gather around one table with strangers, hear the stories behind the dishes, and experience a region of India beyond what most restaurant menus offer.

Throughout the afternoon, you will hear the history and traditions behind the food, while we enjoy a leisurely family-style meal together. Whether you’re curious about Indian cuisine, love discovering new cultures, or simply enjoy meaningful conversations over good food, this evening is for you.

• Traditional Chaach (Spiced Buttermilk) – but this one is smoked

• Daal Baati Churma – a classic combination of Panchmel Daal, Baatis and Churma
• Gatte ki Sabzi
• Lehsun ki Chutney
• Dhaniya Chutney
• Papad and salad

🍰 Dessert

• Ghewar – Indian gastronomy at its best
