Taste of Liguria – 3 Course Dinner

Liguria, a crescent-shaped region in northwest Italy. Its Mediterranean coastline is known as the Italian Riviera. The cuisine of Liguria makes use of ingredients coming from the sea as well as game and meat. Ligurian cuisine has transformed over the centuries in relation to the socio-economic situation of the region.
Join our host, Micaela for a delicious 3 course Dinner. She will make your experience authentic home cooked food of Liguria.
On the Menu:
Starter – Focaccia bread and ‘farinata di ceci’ (it’s a simple chickpea pastry)
Main – pasta with Walnut pesto
Dessert will be ‘cavolini with cream’, a traditional dessert made of chox pastries filled with whipped cream 😁
With Tasty Talks, she has planned a series of evenings where I will cook for you traditional Italian recipes, each event focused on a specific region
