This time, its food from the cleanest city of India – Indore. Home to a large amount of temples and cultural vibrance, this city also has the most iconic street market in the whole of India. A jewellery market by the day called Sarafa, that turns into a bustling street food market during the evenings, you will find street food dishes that are a rare find in other parts of the country!
Focussing on the staple agricultural produce of the region, the street food market celebrates its raw materials with aplomb. Join us to experience a taste of the streetfood of Indore -something a food lover should certainly experience once in their lifetime.
On the Menu (all plant-based dishes) Guava Shot – You will be welcomed with a drink – guava shots- inspired by the famous fresh fruit shot stall from the market Poha and Jalebi – A breakfast dish of flattened rice found at every nook of the city, Indori Poha is an emotion. Paired with ghee tossed hot jalebis, its a complete meal in itself. Khopra patties – Khopra meaning coconut makes the master ingredient of this unbelievable dish Matar ki kachori teamed with Tamarind Chutney Bhutte ka Kees – Celebrating the flourising corn fields of the region, the corn based dish is bound to blow your mind Rabdi Malpua – A dessert made using milk that is shortened for a very long time and a cicular fried dough batter pancake An extra dish from our side: Paani Puri – Because no street food experience is complete without the street food dish everyone loves.About the host:
