Join Shey, founder of Curry O’Clock, for an immersive Sri Lankan cooking workshop where you’ll discover the heart and soul of island cooking. Learn how to balance spices, layer flavours, and bring authentic Sri Lankan warmth to your own kitchen.

Here are the dishes you’ll learn to cook:
🍛 Sri Lankan Dhal Curry (Parippu curry)
🥥 Coconut Sambal (Pol sambal)
🍞 Coconut Roti (Pol roti)
💛 Yellow Rice (Kaha bath)
🌿 Baby Jackfruit Curry (Polos)
🥬 Long Beans Stir-Fry (Mae karal thel dala)

Together, we’ll chop, grind, and cook our way through these classic dishes — and then sit down to enjoy the full meal as a group, just like it’s done in Sri Lankan homes. 💛
