4 Courses of Samosas –

• Samosa Chaat: Crispy samosas topped with spiced chickpeas, creamy yogurt, tangy chutneys, and fresh herbs, creating a burst of flavors in every bite.
• Thai Pyaaz Samosa: Onion samosas served in a Thai-curry inspired soup, offering a comforting and aromatic feel to your dinner.
• Bengali Samosa: A flakier cousin filled with spiced potatoes, cauliflower, and peanuts.
• Chinese Samosa: When an Indian samosa meets a Dutch Bamischijf!

Mimosas:

• Classic OJ Mimosa: A timeless cocktail with bubbles and fresh orange juice, perfect for sipping alongside the savory samosas.
• Pineapple Mimosa: A sweet and tropical twist on the classic mimosa, featuring pineapple juice for a refreshing complement to the dinner selections.

Not a Cocktail person? Not to worry, you will be served other juices or drinks, nicely replaced with the Mimosas.
