South Africans are a tea loving nation and the country is well known for its unique South African Rooibos tea as well as its much loved Five Roses Tea. Nowhere is the tea culture celebrated more than in the SA Indian community where families and friends gather for Sunday Tea – tables are laden with savory, spicy and sweet treats, grannies and aunties gossip in the corner while the men play cards and children play catch under the African sun.
