Join us for our first ever Jhol Momo workshop with our host Rojisha.
Jhol momos are an authentic Dish from Nepal, mainly meaning Momo or Dumplings in a sauce. The sauce is mildly warm and is prepared using sesame seeds, peanuts, soyabean seeds along with other regular ingredients.
Join Rojisha for an evening of gettings hands on, learning about the flavoring techniques of Nepalese Cuisine, learning how to make and shape Momo from scratch and tasting some other dishes from the country. Most importantly, you will be sharing the evening with more people with a similar interest and get to bond and make new friends over the beautiful activity of making dumplings.
In this workshop on Saturday, discover the authentic cooking technique, history, and evolution of one of the most delicious delicacies of Nepal—Himalayan dumplings, also locally called ‘Jhol Momo’. Together with other participants, dive into an adventure of bringing the ingredients together, learn dumpling folding skills, savour the dumplings, and make a good memory.
