As the crisp air of fall rolls in, we find ourselves caught between the lingering warmth of summer and the cozy embrace of winter. We’re not quite ready to say goodbye to our beloved white wines, but we’re also not quite ready to dive into bold, full-bodied reds. So, what’s the perfect solution? Enter the world of full-bodied & oaked Chardonnays paired with light-bodied reds—wines that are as dynamic as the season itself.

Join us for a special Fall Wine Tasting, where we’ll explore three of the best grapes for fall: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. These wines are the ideal choice for autumn’s in-between vibes, offering the perfect balance of richness and elegance.

During the event, we’ll be tasting 6 exceptional wines handpicked from the Burgundy and Beaujolais regions, showcasing how the same grape can transform based on terroir. You’ll learn how these classic grapes thrive in their respective regions, how their flavors evolve, and why they’re the ideal companions for fall.

Wines to be Tasted:

• 3 Whites:
  1. Chablis – Crisp, minerally, and a perfect reflection of the cool climate.
  2. Pouilly-Fuissé – Rich and round with just the right amount of oak influence.
  3. Bourgogne Chardonnay – A classic expression of Burgundy’s Chardonnay, elegant and full-bodied.
• 3 Reds:
• 4. Pinot Noir – Light, fresh, and versatile, with the perfect fall fruit-forward profile.
• 5. Gamay 2022 Vintage – Bright, juicy, and with a touch of spice that’s perfect for autumn.
• 6. Gamay 2015 Vintage – A more developed version of the 2022, showing deeper flavors and complexity.

Each wine will be paired with a carefully curated cheese board to enhance the flavors and provide the perfect tasting experience. Along the way, we’ll dive into fun and engaging conversations about wine, terroir, and why these grapes shine in the fall.
