We are making it happen, thanks to Chef Rahul of 29 spices who is honoring his roots with his vision “From roots to plate – a journey of flavor, tradition, and nourishment” in which he brings forth what food from his mother’s kitchen tastes like.
So get ready to take a culinary trip to God’s own Country and relish the soulful flavors.

🍌 Pazham Pori– Crispy banana fritters, a beloved Kerala snack
🐟 Kappa Meen Curry – Tapioca with spicy Prawn curry, a coastal classic. For the Vegetarians, we have cauliflower variation of the same dish.
🥥 Idiyappam with Veg Stew – Soft string hoppers paired with fragrant coconut-based vegetable stew
🌾 Puttu & Kadala Curry– Steamed rice cakes served with hearty black chickpea curry
🍮 Palada Payasam– A luscious rice and milk dessert, slow-cooked to perfection
☕ Filter Coffee– Authentic South Indian filter coffee
