C-O-N-N-E-C-T is a segment of Tasty Talks which is created for our community to connect – which means a connection with themselves and a connection with each other.

The reason we do this ? In a world where our brains are always wired and overloaded with information, it is important to step back and take some time to pause, reflect and connect with yourself and your surroundings. Through this segment, we try to create an environment that helps you reach that connection – through conversations that are heartfelt. Every time , we have a theme.

This month’s theme is LOVE – IN ALL FORMS. We talk about love, and what is means to us! and what was your first encounter with love? Was it through your first date, a baby, a pet, or a passion, a parent or something else? And has your take on love changed overtime?

But, it’s not just the conversations. The food is also something unique, homemade and soulful.
