Aastha’s Diwali Supper Club ✨

Diwali is a time for gathering — for lighting diyas, sharing food, welcoming people into our homes, and making a little more room around the table.

This Diwali, Aastha is opening her home once again for an intimate Tasty Talks supper club — a festive feast that brings together familiar Indian flavours, regional traditions, and a few delicious surprises.

We’ll begin with Kahwa, before moving into a menu that travels from Burma to Rajasthan and beyond.

Expect Burmese Samusa Thouk — samosas served in a light, spiced lentil soup with fresh herbs, cabbage and lime; Makhani Arancini, an Indian-Italian crossover; and Matar ki Puri & Plain Puri with street-style Aloo Rasedar.

For the main course, Aastha brings her own take on the Rajasthani classic Gatte with her Hare Bhare Gatte, alongside fragrant Meethe Chawal — saffron rice with nuts, sweet spices and just a touch of sweetness.

And because no Diwali feast is complete without something indulgent, we’ll finish with Shahi Tukda, Rabdi & Boondi.

But as with every Tasty Talks supper club, the food is only part of the experience.

Come to Aastha’s table for a festive evening of good food, warm hospitality, stories and conversations — and perhaps meet a few people who won’t feel like strangers by the end of the night.
