Sindhi cuisine is known for its rich and varied flavors, featuring a blend of savory, sweet, and aromatic spices, often using slow cooking methods like “seyal” which cooks ingredients in their own juices. Influenced by Mughal, Central Asian, and Indian food traditions, it incorporates fresh ingredients, grains, and dairy, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Step into an evening where tradition meets artistry, and every plate tells a story of Sindhi heritage reimagined for today’s palate. With Chef, Pooja Lalwani, who proudly brings fprth her culinary heritage to the table through her Sindhi Supper Club Dinner, you are sure going to be transported to Sindh through the dinner table.
Your journey begins with Sanne Pakode – crisp golden fritters paired with bold, playful swirls of condiments and finished with delicate micro herbs, a familiar comfort with a refined edge.
Next, the Dal Pakwaan Bites reinterpret the classic breakfast ritual into miniature works of art – crunchy pakwaan topped with silken dal, tangy tamarind, and a sharp hit of chili oil.
The third course, Sindhi Kadhi & Tuk, takes you to the heart of Sindh – rice molded into a perfect cylinder, crowned with luscious kadhi and the addictive crunch of tuk, offering both nostalgia and novelty in one bite.
And for the grand finale, Homage to Sindh transforms sweet brown vermicelli into a stage for surprise ice cream, crowned with a crisp topper and finished with a glossy reduction.
