We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with 2 special ladies, who hail from Chile and carry experiences of the world with them.

On June 11, 2022, we invite you to a 3 Course dinner carefully curated by professional Chef Leticia and her partner Macarena to provide you an authentic Chillean Culinary Experience with Pisco Sour, Paella, and Chilean Wines. The dinner is coupled with a live demonstration by Leticia. She will be showing the whole process of cooking Paella and the participants will have the opportunity to cook with her in the large Paella Pan – community style. Consider it a detailed lesson in cooking the perfect Paella.

In addition to the Paella Show, you’ll have the opportunity to try a 3 course Dinner cooked by the herself.

On the Menu:

Welcome Drink – Pisco Sour cocktail or a Glass of Wine (whatever you choose)

Appetizer – Cocktail Empanada

Main Course – Chicken, Chorizo, Vegetable Paella

Dessert – Feel good ‘surprise’ Dessert

This time we are also making our dinner extra special with some Culture Trivia. We will have a deck of Questions and little snippets of the Chillean Culture to transport you to the Poets’ land through this experience. The dinner will be held at Macarena’s home garden in Badhoevedorp.

About Leticia and Macarena:

Leticia is  Chilean Chef with more than 28 years of experience. Her career started in Chile, where she opened a restaurant, continued in Scotland, Spain, and Canada where she began an apprenticeship at George Restaurant in Toronto. She moved to Amsterdam two years ago and now she runs her own Chillean Empanadas Business.

Macarena left Chile but her heart always stayed with it’s culture, traditions and above all her favorite food. She settled down in The Netherlands and worked for blue chip companies managing teams in content and CS. A while ago, she decided to follow her passion for food and switched careers 180 degrees to join Leticia as her Business manager.

Together, the two make a terrific pair and an outstanding duo to host culinary events!
