Come and enjoy traditional Pakistani stuffed parathas, made by Rosina in her home in Osdorp.
Rosina hails from the Punjabi side of Pakistani and is all set to host new people
There’ll be Aloo (potato) paratha, Keema (minced lamb) paratha, and Rosina’s personal favourite: Mooli (daikon) paratha! Your paratha will be served in a traditional style, hot and fresh off of the stove. Parathas are meant to be shared! This way everyone gets to enjoy them while they’re still nice and crispy and hot. Just like Rosina’s family used to. Nobody will leave on an empty stomach…. Rosina will keep making parathas until everyone’s full!
The parathas will be served with a traditional yoghurt and cumin dip and mixed vegetable achar (pickles). There’ll also be a refreshing savoury lassi to quench your thirst. At the end of the brunch, a Pakistani spiced tea will be served with some traditional sweets.
